The fifth annual Juneteenth Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Cook Family Park in Shelter #2 (by the large inclusive playground). Hosted by the City of Tigard in partnership with the Tigard-Tualatin School District, this event features:

- Step & cheer group Rose City Pep Academy
- Gospel musician Khalil
- Tigard Mayor Yi-Kang Hu
- Tigard Tualatin School District Superintendent Dr. Iton Udosenata
- Student speakers
- Tigard Public Library
- and more!
Help us break down after the event! This shift will consist of taking down decorations and cleaning up. The event goes 3-6pm; this shift starts a half-hour before the end.
