El Tigre Fest is Tigard’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, honoring Latino culture, Filipino History Month, music, food, and community. This free, family-friendly festival brings together the heart of Tigard for a full day of connection, celebration, and cultural pride.
Join us at Cook Family Park for:
- Over 70 vendors featuring Latino-owned businesses, artisanal crafts, and delicious food
- Kids activities including games, face painting, and character meet and greets
- Live performances with world-class acts and bands (lineup to be announced)
