El Tigre Fest is Tigard’s annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, honoring Latino culture, Filipino American History Month, music, food, and community. This free, family-friendly festival brings together the heart of Tigard for a full day of connection, celebration, and cultural pride. Join us at Cook Family Park for:

Over 70 vendors featuring Latino-owned businesses, artisanal crafts, nonprofit resources and delicious food
Kids activities including games, face painting, and character meet and greets
Festival stage with live music, dance, and appearances by local officials (lineup to be announced)
Community booths, Tigard Public Library, and City of Tigard information
A vibrant space open to everyone
